Towards the end of 2020, an overwhelming majority of conversations with clients and colleagues ended with a “good riddance to 2020.” Covid-19, isolation, social unrest and politics had taken a mental and physical toll and many were ready for a fresh start in 2021. As we flipped the calendar to 2021, some things changed and others remained the same.
